Project : Mount Pleasant Villas |
| Client : Barron & Co | |
| Date : 2008 | |
| Purpose : Pair of semi-detached houses | |
| Location : Harringey, London | |
| Development Cost : £650,000 | |
| Conceived as a hydroponic tank within which two houses sit as interlocking vessels, the planted flank walls integrate building and landscape. Raising the debate on environmental developments, the building expresses a natural dynamic process; that it would grow, evolve and seasonally increase its degree of connectivity with its site - Architecture as Eco-system. |
